Foam Roller Massage Workshop with Amy

Learn exercises that will break up scar tissue, increase circulation and flexibility, and strengthen opposing muscle groups using a foam roller and tennis balls. While the foam roller is great for the whole body, this workshop will focus on releasing muscles that we use in splits. Enrollment and Info HERE.
