SO YOU WANT TO BUY A POLE?
When you are first buying a pole it can be a little confusing! So many options and not knowing which ones are best for you can be frustrating! I learned through trial and error, and after the years found my preferences, as you will too. The information below is to help you educate yourself before you buy.
I have been purchasing poles for my home and studio for the last 8 years and always recommend X-Pole first to students purchasing for their homes, as they are my personal favorite company. The design and quality is top shelf. However, if you are needing studio grade poles, the Platinum Stage studio poles have been my choice due to our specific studio needs.
5 years today, I was busy moving into our current East 5th Street studio space. I remember the excitment I had for being able to set up a space the way I wanted it to be, along with the anxious fear of if I could actually make it work and pay all the bills that multiplied within 30 days of moving in!
Do you want to open your own pole studio? You figure, you spend all your time taking classes, teaching or hanging out at a pole studio already, why not just make it yours and make all the money?! Well, my first word of advice for anyone who asks about opening up a pole studio is this. Don't open up a pole studio if you want to make a lot of money, because chances are you won't. I will break down this topic in another blog, but for today, I want to share a little bit about my story. The highlights. The path and time I took to get to where I am today.

Are you trying to get rid of your dance pole or stripper heels, but have no idea where to sell such a thing? This is a common question I get from students who have spent good money on a pole or stripper heels and find themselves in need to get rid of them. Here are 5 tips to help you sell your pole stuff!
Stripper heels are made for working and are more comfortable than any street heels I have ever worn. They are built to give you support, grip, and make your legs and butt look AMAZING! We are asked constantly at the studio why we recommend stripper heels in a lot of our classes vs. your regular street shoes. Well, there are a lot of reasons especially if you are wanting to learn how to give lap dances and move like an exotic dancer.
