#1. READ VAMPS CLASS AND STUDIO POLICIES HERE!
Welcome to VAMPS. You now have a 4 class pass or 8 class pass for Fantasy Fitness or Pole Level 1-7 Classes.
Anyone who purchased the Groupon during Jan 19th-21st should be entered into our system and can access your account by following the directions below. If you have purchased our Groupon after this time, YOU WILL NEED TO CALL or EMAIL US (vampsdance@gmail.com) with your name and redemption code so we can set up your account for you before you can enroll online! Thanks! =)
- If you are already a student of VAMPS or have set up an account with us before, you will need to sign up again under another account using the directions below. We can merge your accounts at a later date. If you are NEW, ignore this. =)
- DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!!! Do not wait until the final month of expiration to redeem or your classes will most likely be full.
- PLEASE follow these directions EXACTLY, or you will not see your classes in your account.

- Once there, click the "My Info" tab. You will see two sets of login boxes. Go to the SECOND set under the heading "New to our site?"

It
gives you a place to input your first name and last name. DO
NOT ENTER YOUR REAL FIRST AND LAST NAME. Please enter the information
as follows:
First Name: Groupon
Last Name: Your Redemption Code located on Groupon print out (example: 12345678)
Then click Next.
It will either take you right to your account (in which case, skip to the next step) or you will see several Voucher #'s, followed by the word Voucher. Find your number and click the pink hyperlink saying "This is Me!" Click that link. - This
will lead you to your account creation page. It will ask you to create a username
and password. It will also ask for some basic information like email address.
Remember to put your username and password somewhere safe and easy to find as
you'll need it whenever you book classes with us. Make sure you opt in for emails
so that you can receive info on where you class is and where to go. If you
choose not to opt in, we are not responsible for notifying you if your class get
canceled or if you get added off of a waitlist.
- Once you've filled all that in, click "Submit"
- A small window will pop up to say "Your account as been created successfully! You will now be automatically logged in". Click "OK"
- Now
you can sign up for classes, purchase more, and do all sorts of other fun stuff.The Class Pass you purchased will be in your account.
- TO SEE YOUR CLASS PASSES: Click on the "My Info" tab and then click on the "Account" button. You should see a line indicating that you have the class pass you purchased.
- PLEASE, BRING PRINTED GROUPON TO YOUR FIRST CLASS. We will change your name in your account once we can match your redemption code to you! WE MUST HAVE THIS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO TAKE CLASS.

COMMON PROBLEMS AND MISTAKES
- 1. YOU CREATED YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU STILL DON'T SEE YOUR CLASSES in your account. ...You most likely created an empty account prior to this one, which means you have the account you see with nothing in it and the account we created for you that you still haven't accessed yet. Repeat the steps above and this time choose a BRAND NEW never before used username. If you still don't see them email us at vampsdance@gmail.com
- 2. THE SYSTEM ASKS YOU FOR A CREDIT CARD WHEN YOU TRY TO SIGN UP. ...you most likely logged out, make sure you are logged in.
