PRIVATE PARTY FAQ'S, POLICIES, AND INFO

_DEPOSIT and PAYMENT:
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your time and date which will go towards the total cost of the party. The remainder is due TWO days BEFORE party date.
(For Example:If your party is on Saturday you must pay remainder in full online Thursday by 8PM central time.)
When we schedule your appointment we will send you an appointment confirmation email with a link to sign into our mind body scheduler. Once you create your username and password you can make payments towards your account.  To pay deposit, pay $100 towards your account. Your $100 deposit must be paid within 48 hour to confirm your spot or it will be open for others to book!
You will also receive another confirmation email one week prior to the appointment date reminding you to confirm the final count attending and  pay the remainder in your account two days prior to party date. You will then have the two options of completing the payment by the following:

Your deposit of $100 has already been paid and posted to your account. 
Rate is $35 per person over 7 people! 1-7 people is $245.
(Total of Party - $100 deposit = amount DUE)
OPTION #2
IF USEING THIS OPTION WE WILL NEED YOU TO SEND US A LIST OF NAMES ATTENDING SO THAT WE WILL KNOW WHAT PARTY WHAT PAYMENTS GO TO!
If your party needs to pay separately they will all need to do so online by purchasing the Private Party- 1 Person $35 Option 2 days prior!! The option is under PRODUCTS on the Purchase Passes and Shop tab.  You can also follow this quick link directly to purchase:

People can pay for more than one person by changing the quantity during checkout if they wish to do so.


_DAY OF PARTY:
** Arrive 15-20 minutes early depending on group size. Upon arrival all participants are required to sign a VAMPS waiver. 
The remainder should be paid for two days prior to party date! If the number of people attending changes, WE  NEED TO BE NOTIFIED ASAP BEFORE PARTY ARRIVES AT STUDIO. 
**Please understand that there are classes and parties booked around yours.  If you are running late,  be aware that it will cut into your appointment time! **

_CANCELLATION POLICY:
The deposit is NON-Refundable unless we receive notice of cancellation or appointment is re-scheduled at least 7 days prior to appointment date. If you need to cancel or reschedule 1-7 days prior to appointment date, we will NOT refund your deposit!
