Cancelation Policy
Your $300 deposit is NON-Refundable once the appointment is scheduled and the deposit has been paid!
If the party needs to be rescheduled, you can do so if we are given notice 7 days prior to party date and the rescheduling takes place with in 3 months of cancellation. You forfeit all $300 if the party is cancelled at ANY time after booking.

How do I make a reservation?
Call us at 512.981.5873 or email us at info@vampsdance.com for our availability and schedule. We require a deposit of $300 for TRAVEL parties paid at the time of booking to confirm your spot. This deposit covers up to 6 people. If there are more than 6 people in your party, you will pay an additional $50 per person or a total of $500 (minus the deposit amount) if there are more than 10 people. This payment is due in full the day of your party at the studio. If your party needs to be rescheduled you can do so if we are given notice 7 days prior to party date and the rescheduling takes place with in 3 months of cancellation. You forfeit your entire deposit if the party is cancelled at ANY time after booking with no exceptions. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks before your party to ensure that you get the time and day you want. Although we’re happy to accommodate bookings up to a week before your chosen date, we may not be able to provide as wide a range of times or have availability. If you’re looking far to the future, we recommend booking no more than 4 months out, to ensure that the studio and our staff are available. With that said, feel free to call us whenever you wish, and we can check our schedule for you. All parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Where do you travel to?
We travel at no additional charge to locations less than 20 miles from downtown Austin. If your location is 20+ miles from downtown Austin, additional travel charges may range from $15-50 depending on time of party (traffic) and distance. Just email us with location and we are happy to get you a quote! Why can't you do a travel pole party?
If you already will have a pole at your location, we are happy to do a pole party, however, we are not currently available to bring a removable stage pole with us for travel parties! Why? Well, with only one pole and a group of ladies, we have found that the lap, strip, twerk, and wall/floor parties are a bigger hit and everyone has more fun since everyone learns a full routine together instead of everyone having to share one pole. You still absolutely want to have a pole at your party? Let us know and we can check in with our pole friends who rent out their poles for 24 hours to see if they are available on your requested date. Pole rental prices usually range from $150-300 and require a signed contract with a credit card on file in case of any damages to the equipment. Email us for more questions. =) |
How should we pay for additional people in our party?
Your deposit pays for the first 6 people in your party. For parties of 6 or fewer, the deposit covers your party in full. If there are more than 6 people in your party an additional per person charge ($40 per person for pole/lap/combo parties) is due the day of at the studio in full in either exact cash or in one transaction on a credit/debit card. Please, no multiple transactions! Where should we wear?
You can wear comfortable work out clothes, yoga pants, t-shirts, leggings, etc. Please have heels ready to put on (which we highly recommend), however heels are not required for any of the travel party options! If you have any other questions, just let us know. Should we leave our instructor a tip?
If you enjoy your party, you’re welcome to leave your instructor a tip. It’s always appreciated but absolutely not required. Parties that tip traveling teachers generally leave from $20-$100 depending on size of party. Although cash works best, we can also process tips on your credit card at the end of the party, just ask the instructor to do so! What should we expect the day of?
The day of the party, we will have the instructor be in contact to confirm the location and time along with any other directions and information on how to access the location. (gate codes, parking, traffic issues, etc) We always plan to arrive 15 minutes early to be able to get into the space and set up, get waivers signed, take any extra payments if you have more than 6 people, and set up the music on either your speakers, or we can bring our own. Once everyone is gathered, the instructor will do a fun introduction and get started on teaching the fun and sexy routine option that you chose at booking! At the end of the lesson, everyone will have a chance to run through the routine, take a group picture, and receive a cheat sheet with what we taught to take home. The lady of the hour also gets a VAMPS gift bag to help celebrate the occasion! We then clean up, and leave the rest of the partying to you! |
